H.R.6090 was passed on May 1, 2024. This bill criminalizes speech which can be characterized as antisemitic, as defined by the International Holocaust Rememberance Alliance or IHRA, a lobbying group. The definition is not provided in the bill and may be changed in the future by the IHRA. Besides the obvious implications to free speech, this has grave theological concerns.
